Our high speed internet service is a fibre based synchronous link with a contention ratio of zero which means our link provides both uploads and downloads at the full 10Mb/s with the link being 100% dedicated to our clients. Should our clients require their own dedicated link or additional bandwidth up to 100Mb/s, we can provide either for an additional fee.
- Secure Computer Room:
Our Computer Room is fitted with two independent air-conditioning units to provide additional resilience, is housed in a fire-proofed with a Halon fire suppression system. We have rack space available to house client servers should they require it.
- IT Support:
We have the requisite skills in-house to provide frontline line user support, 3rd line network support, web and email support and application server support. In addition we have contractual arrangements in place with local experts for additional resources and assistance with troubleshooting should it be needed. We are therefore confident we can meet all your IT support requirements.

Our video conferencing system is one of the most advanced in the world. With Full HD 1080 picture resolution @ 30 fps with the ability for all participants to view presentations, we are confident that our system will meet all your video conferencing requirements.
